In their web site’s FAQ they had posted this Q&A as
When will Globe launch the iPhone 4 and how much will it cost?
Globe will be launching the iPhone 4 within the coming months.  Announcement of price will be made nearer to the launch date.  However, you may register an interest for the iPhone 4 so you will be kept informed with the latest updates on the iPhone 4.
Also the Apple Inc’s Philippines online web site says the following “Where to buy iPhone 4″ in Philippines?
For that they have answered like this” Globe Telecom iPhone is available at Globe Telecom locations across Philippines. Which means there’s probably one near you.
On the other hand Globe is asking your interest of the iPhone 4 through their online web site. They say later they will accept pre orders.

The Korean Telco is taking pre orders for the Apple’s iPhone 4. Already nearly 130,000 pre orders were placed by customers and later the online web site crashed due to heavy customer login and the KT is working in it. Already the Apple is struggling with the production to meet the iPhone 4 demand all over the world. And the mass Korean pre order will make the production and supply of iPhone 4 more difficult for the Apple Inc.

The iPhone 4, the world’s thinnest smart phone featuring a high-resolution display of excellent quality, will make its
official debut in Korea through KT in September.

Pyo Hyun-myung, president of KT’s personal customer division, said, “KT will launch the iPhone 4 with a completely
new look,” adding, “Following in the wake of the iPhone 3GS, which enjoyed massive popularity, the iPhone is expected
to receive an enthusiastic response from the public.”

KT will announce the specific timing of the iPhone 4’s official debut soon. Customers can make online reservations at
KT’s official mobile handset shopping mall, “Phone Store” (http://www.phonestore.co.kr), and offline reservations at more
than 2,900 official agencies and branch offices of the company.

Customers can refer to an announcement on the reservation process at “Phone Store” from 8 pm on Monday, August 6,
and address their inquires to KT’s exclusive customer counseling center (1577-3670) from Tuesday, August 17.
