The cause of the price increase is UK tax when compared the price with USA iPhone price. As for O2 is the popular service with young ones, offering many kinds of intresting futures to the new generation. They offer unlimited user packages around 35 - 55 pounds per month. So iPhone is going to be included in the X-Mas gift list of the British people.

they must go to the Apple’s web site and have to fill their details like phone number,iPhones serial number, to get their on line credit.You will receive a text message on your iPhone containing the access code to redeem your $100 credit. This should be done before 30th November 2007.
Offer will apply to those who are in USA.The credit can be used at an Apple retail location or at the Apple online store. Can’t be used in iTunes store or Apple’s gift cards.

Apple has sold it’s One Millionth iPhone on Sunday, just after 74 days it went on to sale for the public.(09/09/2007) Apple officials earlier said that they will achieve the target at the end of September. But the price cut of $200 made it happen one before the expected date. Although plenty early buyers of the iPhone are not happy what Apple did even after Apple offered them $100 back. It is expected that this price cut made people to be aware of the new branded products with high price mark. Apple has updated with new protection to block people from making free custom ringtones with iPod and syncing them to an iPhone.
Already they allow users to download songs form their site for 99 cents and to make ringtones from it to use with iPhone. So the customer can use the song for listening and can make a ringtone too form it. This was introduced last week by Apple.
A workaround posted in a website that allowed Songs from out side to??make ringtones worked for many people, is now not working.? iTunes 7.4.1 which was updated recently didn’t allow the thing to function.
But yesterday Engadget’s detailed workaround did the thing again to make it to work free ringtones to be synced to the iPhone. Ambrosia Software?s iToner also made new changes to work with iTunes 7.4.1
