Jailbreaking which is known as Unlocking is legal in the USA according to the FCC. Now if you want to unlock iPhone 4 to use with another unsupported application or you can change your current mobile phone carrier to another one. Your warranty will probably still be voided but no one can file a case against you for jailbreaking your Smartphone.

So in the coming months you can expect to see more clients joining the Verizon for it’s fastest 4G connectivity.
